WTH!

The feeling of uncertainty is a part of everyone’s life. I am sure all of you have felt that at some point of time or the other. There is so much that you want and so much more that happens. Why is this so? We have no idea.
Life changes so drastically all of a sudden that we are at times flabbergasted at the speed of the change. As Indians, we live in a society which has set standards that has to be followed. Most of the times, I have questioned the functioning of the same. But it was always in vain. We Indians have grown a great deal when it comes to binding with family, especially our daughters. From considering them as commodities, we have now started looking at them on par with anyone else. But, sometimes, something holds back most of us or all of us.
Every girl, irrespective of her stature in the society, is expected to compromise. This again, I am not stating that no man compromises. My point is that a woman is expected to compromise, by default. And my question is, ‘Why?’
